Guarantee, Return & Shipping Policy

Regular Orders

We select only high quality items for you and we stand behind a guarantee on each. Because we want you to be happy with your Show Me Pizzaz! Merchandise, we will gladly accept a return based upon the following conditions:

  1. You must pay return shipping/postage and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  2. All returns must be made within 15 days for full refund, less shipping
  3. All items must be in brand new condition, not worn or used in any way.

It is our desire to provide you with high quality items at the lowest price possible, so please understand that we must strictly adhere to this return policy.

Before you return an item to us, please give us a call for authorization. You will be credited based upon the manner in which you paid for the item.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. The garment was made to fit you.

Custom Orders

We ask that you contact us via email or give us a call if you would like to discuss a customized garment made just for you!

We do require a non-refundable minimum deposit of $75.00 on all custom orders. The custom order must be paid in full before it is shipped to you. Remember, there are no returns or refunds on custom orders.

Shipping

All orders are sent UPS ground at the rate of $5.00 plus appropriate weight charges. UPS bases shipping times on business days of Monday through Friday excluding national holidays.

Please contact us if you need rush shipping and we will be happy to provide you with additional information.

Payment Methods

We will gladly accept credit cards or checks when you place your order with Show Me Pizzaz! However, if you pay by check, we will not ship the item until the check clears our bank.
